Two suspects were nabbed Sunday in connection to the road rage shooting death of a 6-year-old being driven to school by his mother last month, Fox 11 Los Angeles reported, citing law enforcement sources.
On Sunday, Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, and Wynne Lee, 23, were detained at their home in Costa Mesa, Orange County. Both were being held on $1 million bail and are scheduled to make their first appearance in court on Tuesday, according to Orange County jail records. They are expected to be charged with murder, CHP said.
The arrests follow a lengthy manhunt conducted by investigators from the Santa Ana Area CHP and the CHP's Border Division Investigative Services Unit.
