President Donald Trump sits down with Lesley Stahl for a"60 Minutes interview airing Sunday Oct

Trump's interview with Leslie Stahl ended acrimoniously, according to one person familiar with the exchange who was not authorised to discuss it publicly.

It's baffling to think that Trump thought that any of this disastrous interview would be flattering to him, and given that he had no idea what CBS would choose to show or not show, it's even more bonkers that he thinks that providing people with this footage in its damning entirety will do anything but hurt him more.

CBS News had said the White House had agreed to tape the interview but only use the tape for its archives.

"60 Minutes" will have the last word.

CBS News' "60 Minutes" said that the program has a history of interviewing presidential candidates in the lead-up to Election Day.

"Yeah, we will", Trump replied before diving into a series of vague statements about what has been accomplished toward fleshing out his supposed health care plan.

Trump complains, "that's no way to talk".

Adele's 'SNL' Appearance Has Everyone Asking This One Question
Adele is just days away from hitting the Saturday Night Live stage as a host for the very first time. This will be Adele's first major TV appearance in quite some time.

"So you don't want to lock up the governor", Stahl repeated. "Watch her constant interruptions & anger", Trump tweeted Thursday morning. And he again pre-emptively criticised the moderator of Thursday night's final presidential debate.

President Donald Trump lashed out at "60 Minutes" host Lesley Stahl and threatened to release their interview after he cut off their conversation at the White House on Tuesday because he didn't like the aggressive tone of her questions.

"Well, I think we have enough".

"No, you don't", Stahl answered.

Stahl also accused the president of encouraging his supporters to engage in violence including the recent plot that was thwarted to kidnap Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. I don't wanna give trillions and trillions of dollars.

Biden says the commissions charge would go well beyond packing.

The two also clashed over the media's lack of coverage about Hunter Biden's business dealings and told Stahl she "discredited herself". "She just had a tone he didn't like".

La pandémie a fait au moins 1.133.136 morts dans le monde depuis fin décembre, selon un bilan établi par l'AFP jeudi. La situation est particulièrement tendue en Ile-de-France, qui concentre 661 malades en réanimation.

The final straw came after Stahl accused Trump of wanting to "lock up" Gretchen Whitmer, the pro-lockdown governor of MI. "It's defense against attacks". He declined to appear with Vice-President Mike Pence.

When she sat down with Pence, Stahl wondered what just happened.

However, Trump's mistrust of Welker is apparently not shared by others in his campaign team, as one of them has gone on record to describe Welker as "a journalist who is very fair in her approach".

"Now we know why Trump was so mad about this interview.

This is '60 Minutes, ' and we can't put on things we can't verify", Stahl says after Trump proceeds to speak at length about his opponent. Trump asked. "Of course I don't want to lock her up ..." "Well, you don't have to fact-check me".

"Lesley, you spent the better part of an hour with the president". So, as journalists are supposed to do, she repeatedly followed up on those questions in an attempt to get a straight answer. "This is why the American people are frustrated with the media".
