The Chautauqua County Department of Health reported 19 new cases on Thursday, raising the total number of active cases to 120.
"Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 4,036 cases of COVID-19 in the Vancouver Coastal Health region, 5,884 in the Fraser Health region, 240 in the Island Health region, 590 in the Interior Health region, 350 in the Northern Health region and 89 cases of people who reside outside of Canada".
The new Shelby County cases involve a boy in the 10 to 19 age group, two women and one man in their 30s, two women and one man in their 40s, one man in his 50s, one woman and one man in their 60s, on man in his 70s and one man in his 80s.
Once a region in Illinois has three consecutive days above 8%, the Illinois Department of Public Health will implement more measures to stop the spread of COVID-19, including closing indoor dining at bars and restaurants and limiting the capacity at gatherings.
