There has been one new COVID-19 related death in the Vancouver Coastal Health region, for a total of 195 deaths in British Columbia.
The statement says there are now 3,641 COVID-19 cases in B.C. and 3,168 people have recovered. Henry and Dix said the remaining people with COVID-19 are recovering at home in self-isolation.
Of 278 active cases in B.C., five people are in hospital, including two in intensive care.

The province announced one additional health-care facility outbreak today, affecting Dania Home in the Fraser Health region. One other such outbreak is ongoing at Holy Family Hospital in Vancouver.
This is the first outbreak in a long-term care facility in Fraser Health since June 17, according to the health authority.
Staff and residents will also be screened twice a day, says Fraser Health.

A separate news release from Fraser Health said a staff member at the home had tested positive for the coronavirus and is now self-isolating.
In a written statement, officials announced there have been 50 newly discovered cases (including five epi-linked) in the past 24 hours throughout the province. There have been 144 in Island Health, 369 in the Interior Health region, 88 in Northern Health and 63 cases in people who reside outside of Canada.
