Report Sony Eyeing Acquistion of Leyou Parent Company of Splash Damage and Warframe Devs

The buyout would arm Sony with a plethora of major free-to-play breadwinners like Warframe, as well as other projects like the upcoming Lord of the Rings MMO. Previously, Leyou had been in talks with iDreamSky for a majority stake acquisition. Leyou's controlling shareholder is said to be chomping at the bit to settle on a buyer and sign an agreement as early as this month.
