Chernobyl, the miniseries about the nuclear power plant disaster in 1986, has led the Bafta TV nominations with 14, and Netflix's The Crown has received seven nominations, including best drama series.

The Crown, the warts-and-all account of the reign of Queen Elizabeth that aired its third season past year, has seven nominations, with Phoebe Waller-Bridge's black comedy Fleabag and Anglo-Japanese thriller Giri/Haji on six each.
