It features the lead cast members of The Umbrella Academy, from Ellen Page to Tom Hopper, recreating the fan-favourite dance scene from season 1 - set to Tiffany's 1987 pop hit "I Think We're Alone Now" - all shot from their respective homes, due to the global lockdown amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Based on the comic books by Gerard Way, The Umbrella Academy takes place after the freakish events of 1989, when 43 infants were inexplicably born on the same day to random, unconnected women who showed no signs of pregnancy the day before giving birth.

In the first season, six of the surviving members are reunited after hearing the news that their father had died. Season 1 was the ninth most watched Netflix series of 2019 and featured Gerard on the soundtrack, along with his bandmate Ray Toro, performing a cover of "Hazy Shade Of Winter".

Umbrella Academy season 2 finally has a release date. "On 31 July 2020, they return". Are you happy with the announcement for The Umbrella Academy Season 2? And also for fans of the show. Spoiler Alert: it doesn't go well as planned, and the team breaks up in their teenage years.

It's nearly time to enroll in The Umbrella Academy again.
