California prisoner confesses to killing 2 child molesters, says he did 'everyone a favor'

A prison inmate from California confessed in a letter that he beat 2 child molesters to death with a cane while he was behind bars.

Watson says six days after he was moved to the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison in Corcoran, the first molester he encountered, was moved in with him and started to watch PBS Kids and other kids shows in front of him and other inmates. Watson warned his counselor that if officials didn't get him out of the facility, he would become violent.

Watson has already served 10 years of his current life sentence, which he received for first-degree murder and discharging a firearm causing great bodily injury or death.

In the letter, Watson said he had been transferred to a lower-security dormitory pod prior to the attack, a move he called "careless" and protested, according to an AP report.

On the way to hand himself in for the attack, he saw "a known child trafficker, and I figured I'd just do everybody a favour", Watson wrote. Watson believed the man began taunting other inmates by watching children's television programming. Watson said in the letter he couldn't sleep that night 'having not done what every instinct told me I should've done right then and there'.

Nebraska Basketball Previews Michigan State
Nebraska was unable to find similar long-range success, converting only 8-of-32 3-pointers, including just 3-of-18 after halftime. Yvan Quedraogo, Kevin Cross, Matej Kavas and Thorir Thorbjarnarson are other important rotation pieces for coach Fred Hoiberg.

"But this time, another person else said something to the impact of 'Is this man seriously likely to view this appropriate in entrance of us?' and I recall saying, 'I got this.' And I picked up the cane and went to work on him".

Watson said he returned to his housing pod. On the way, he came across another convicted child rapist, who he allegedly attacked as well. "So after jesting for a moment, knowing this might be the last decent moment that I have for a long time, I told him what I'd just done, which he also didn't believe until he looked around the corner and saw the mess I'd left in the dorm area".

David Bobb, 48, died en route to the hospital while Graham De Luis-Conti, 62, passed away three days later.

Both were serving life sentences with the possibility of parole for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years old, the department said.

The accusation further claimed that in 2016 and in 2018, Pelican Bay prison officials intercepted letters sent by mail from Belarus to members of a prison gang, including prisoner A.C.

Dana Simas, a spokesman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, wrote in an email that the agency can't comment on an active investigation.

Watson is now in segregated housing while he is being investigated for the crimes that he committed. "This family (sic) go through years cautiously and articulately arranging how to give their kids each open door that they never had, and one beast goes along and changes that kid's direction for eternity".
