Thousands Gave Their Lives to Christ at Kanye West’s Latest ‘Sunday Service’ in Baton Rouge

The free service managed to attract a massive crowd of thousands. I'm not quite sure what kind of person spends almost $80AUD on a church brunch, but apparently people do, and they're not happy about it.

A woman was so disgusted by the pathetic meal that she asked for a refund.

"This is the wonderful and COLD brunch BUFFET we are being served by Boil & Roux BR", she wrote. "& The server looked at me insane when I asked for another pancake", one person wrote alongside an image of a meager two pancakes, two slices of bacon and a sausage patty on a Styrofoam plate, prompting people to compare it to the infamous cheese sandwich at Fyre Festival.

Lindsay Hoyle elected speaker of UK House of Commons
But with a national election coming on December 12, the new Speaker's first job will depend on what government the public elect. The MP for Camberwell and Peckham threw her hat into the ring immediately after Mr Bercow announced he would be stepping down.

West did finally arrive for the performance, bringing along his three young children and posing for photos with fans. He eventually took to the stage at 8pm that night.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't the only aspect of the Sunday Service compared to the ill-fated Fyre Fest.

The caterers, Lauryn's Fine Catering, later issued a statement regarding the service that was provided to the event.

Tottenham can appeal Heung-Min Son red card for Andre Gomes tackle
Tosun was quoted by BBC as saying that Everton players "nearly cried" in the dressing room afterwards. Pochettino said Son's tackle had not merited a red card and that it should have been checked by VAR.

Oh, boy. Kanye West's latest Sunday Service didn't exactly provide the spiritual awakening Ye had in mind. It's obviously something that he has cared about for a long time, and when you're Kanye West there's really nothing stopping you from performing an entire show on the lawn outside a church.

Curvine Brewington, a Louisiana pastor, praises rapper Kanye West after his last-minute "Sunday Service", resulted in "over 1,000" people raising their hands to commit their lives to Christ. But with the sheer number of tickets given out, it's really no surprise that so many "VIP brunch" passes were bought for the Bethany Church event with the chance of getting closer to the stage. Rather, he used the location for the Baton Rouge leg of his famous Sunday Service tour.

Aside from the Bible study, he also had a casual conversation with West and told him about how to love God, walk in holiness, and love others.
