'Absolute IDIOT': Royal Caribbean bans passenger for life over 'dangerous' photo shoot

Peter Blosic was on board a Royal Caribbean Cruises ship recently when he noticed a woman had stepped over the balcony railing for a photo.

According to The Sun, he shared the photo with the ship's crew. A spokesperson for the cruise line has since confirmed that the passenger was later kicked off the ship when it eventually docked in Jamaica for the reckless stunt, and has been banned from sailing with Royal Caribbean for life.

"You can not fall off of a ship unless you are acting like a moron!" he exclaims in the post, which has since been taken down.

Blosic said he immediately contacted guest services, and that ship officials soon tracked down the woman. She has been banned from all Royal Caribbean cruises for life because of her actions. In August, a 37-year-old Australian man fell to his death when he went overboard on a Royal Caribbean cruise around the Virgin Islands.

On its website, Royal Caribbean explains that "sitting, standing, laying or climbing on, over or across any exterior or interior railings or other protective barriers" is not permitted, for guests' own safety.
