World welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr.is in intensive care in a Dallas hospital after flipping his Ferrari early Thursday. Asked about the specific nature of Spence's injuries and what effect, if any, they would have on his boxing career, Smith wrote Heavy, "His injuries are non-life-threatening".
