'Saturday Night Live' Adds 3 New Cast Members, Including First Asian Star Bowen Yang

He has performed stand-up at various NY clubs and was featured as a New Face at the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal. Yang is co-host of a podcast, Las Culturistas.

The new season will premiere September 28 with Woody Harrelson hosting and chart-topping pop star Billie Eilish set as the musical guest. However, it seems like she may be the only cast member leaving at this time. Fineman's previous credits include Search Party and Jane the Virgin, and Gillis is a stand-up comic whose performed at Comedy Central's Clusterfest. He has appeared in HBO's "High Maintenance" and in this year's romantic comedy "Isn't It Romantic?".

Yang, Fineman, and Gillis are just the latest casting news to be announced for Season 45, after Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant, Kenan Thompson, and Cecily Strong all made a decision to return to the series.

The video appears to be from a podcast recording of Gillis' two-man show, which airs on the Bonfire on Sirius XM. The comedian first joined the series as a writer in 2018.
