Antonio Brown accused of raping trainer in South Florida federal lawsuit

Antonio Brown's former trainer Britney Taylor filed a lawsuit against him this week, claiming that Brown sexual assaulted her in 2017 and 2018.

Rosenhaus told ESPN's Cari Champion that he and Brown had been "anticipating" the possibility of these accusations coming to light, but emphatically called the allegations "false" and said he wouldn't be doing this Live interview if he didn't believe his client. The second incident occurred a month later, when Brown allegedly snuck up behind Taylor, masturbated and ejaculated on her back while at Brown's home in Miami, according to the lawsuit. During her stay, Taylor says Brown exposed himself to her and grabbed and kissed her without her consent. It was first reported by The New York Times and TMZ.

The woman's filing alleges that she took and passed a lie detector test about the allegations. Zappala issued a statement clarifying whether officials would be investigating.

"At the end of the day, if you still work with someone that's been sexually assaulting you, how is that sexual assault?". That special designation, which is used at the discretion of Goodell to allow the league to conduct investigations into possible violations of the league's personal conduct policy, would prevent Brown from practicing or attending games while on the list.

Brown is practicing with the Patriots this afternoon, according to multiple report, and wearing jersey No. 1.

While Brown has denied the allegations and plans to countersue for civil extortion, it's yet another blemish on Brown as he attempts to revive his career with the Patriots. "If such police investigations exist, we would certainly be interested in those reports and any related evidence gathered", he said.
