Former NFL Running Back Rod Smart Missing, Police Seek Assistance

The Sheriff's Office in Lancaster County put out missing person's report for Torrald "Rod" Smart on Tuesday morning, CBS affiliate WLTX reported.

Smart had been missing for almost a week.
