Stuart Hogg endured a painful Glasgow Warriors farewell as Leinster retained their Pro14 title with an 18-15 victory in the rain at Celtic Park on Saturday.

Tommy Seymour did brilliantly to steal possession before Adam Hastings found touch with his kick.

Leinster's response was immediate, Luke McGrath charging down Hogg and Ringrose the fastest to react, although Johnny Sexton could not add the extras.
