The teaser clearly builds up on the marketing stunt Xiaomi pulled off couple of weeks ago of launching a Redmi Note 7 into the stratosphere in a hot air balloon. Since the company has used a hashtag "48MPForEveryone", the Redmi Note 7S could be a budget phone. As of now, the company hasn't revealed any more details about its upcoming smartphone.

The chances of rain in Nottingham are minimal, but one can surely expect heavy pouring in the form of fours and sixes. The last two games will also be important for all-rounder Ben Stokes who has been struggling of late.
Xiaomi is looking to ride on the success of its Note 7 series with a new smartphone, Redmi Note 7S. "Mark your calendars!" This message was accompanied by a picture of the Earth taken from the Redmi Note 7S. While the Redmi Note 7 launched in the Indian market came with 12MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, the same device in China featured 48MP + 5MP dual camera setup on the rear. We expect the Redmi Note 7S to follow the footsteps of its cousins and feature similar design. If the phone turns out to be the same, it'll feature a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ display with a dot notch and a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. Jain has also revealed that the smartphone will be officially unveiled in India on 20 May. Under the hood, the device will mostly come powered by the 14nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Mobile Platform coupled with Kryo 260 CPU and Adreno 512 GPU.
It should be noted here that the Chinese variant of the Redmi Note 7 features a 48MP camera which uses Samsung S5KGM1 sensor and it could be possible that the company is re-branding that version for its consumers in India under the 7S moniker. Connectivity options will include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wifi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS, and USB Type C. It will also pack a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support. There could be a 13MP selfie camera with f/1.7 aperture. The announcement confirmed that the Redmi Note 7S will come with the 48MP camera.

If it is rebranded Note 7, the pricing should also be the same.
