Sonos' Google Assistant support is finally launching today, joining Alexa on the smart speakers. The update is rolling out to customers in the U.S. with wider availability later this year. The functionality is a near-complete copy of what you can do with a Google Home today, including controlling smart home devices and using the speakers as part of a group with other Assistant-enabled device.
This update is rolling out now starting in the USA and then will be expanded to the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, France, The Netherlands and more over the coming months.
