When he got to the doors, a women walked up behind and shoved him out of the bus, onto the pavement. He died of injuries sustained in the attack a month later, police say. Fournier, holding his walker, falls flat on his face, hitting his head on the sidewalk. He later died from his injuries. Detectives managed to identify Bishop through bus surveillance video and arrested her this week.
Seconds later, Bishop can be seen vigorously pushing Fournier with both hands off the stopped bus as he exits with what appears to be a foldable cart or a walker. He passed away on April 23.
The woman, identified by police as Cadesha Bishop, 25, now faces murder charges, police say.
