While the Draft takes place on April 25th, general manager Steve Keim says a decision has yet to be made on who they'll take.
Now, that might not be as certain.
Friday brings risk of severe weather to DC region
Cloudy conditions with a few scattered showers possible through the day, and winds will be gusty out of the northwest. The northern line of storms will develop along a cold front in Kansas and Oklahoma and weaken as it moves east.
For months, the projections have been that the Cardinals will draft Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, who was recruited by Arizona coach Kliff Kingsbury out of high school in Texas. On Tuesday, Keim was asked whether he's ever spread misinformation himself.

Much like Washington, the Giants will likely have to move up if they want to land the quarterback of their choice in this draft, provided they don't take him at No. 6 overall. He said Murray's agent, Erik Burkhardt, did not accompany Murray on his visit to the Cardinals. Washington would nearly certainly have to trade up to draft Murray, but the fact that the Heisman Trophy victor took a visit with them indicates he feels there is at least a chance he won't wind up in Arizona. Last year's No. 1 pick Baker Mayfield, by the way, received $32 million. This deal would essentially give the Jets back the picks that they traded the Colts a year ago to move up for Darnold. And though Robinson struggled at times and some seem to believe he's better suited for the right side, he's strictly played left tackle dating back to his days at Alabama, so a position change is unlikely.
So for now, we'll just have to wait and see if Murray's gamble will pay off.
