A Blumhouse Television and Showtime co-production, The Loudest Voice (fka Secure and Hold: The Last Days of Roger Ailes) is based on Gabriel Sherman's bestselling book The Loudest Voice in the Room and his extensive reporting for NY magazine about the sordid allegations of sexual harassment that prompted the late Ailes' ouster at Fox News. Sherman also helped write the very first episode with the screenwriter, Tom McCarthy.

The series will debut on Showtime on June 30 and will also star Seth McFarlane as former Fox News PR Chief, Brian Lewis; Simon McBurney as Rupert Murdoch; Annabelle Wallis as former Fox News booker, Laurie Luhn; and Aleksa Palladino as Roger's longtime assistant, Judy Laterza. Ailes died in 2016, only a year after he was oustered from the network over a series of sexual harassment allegations.
