Joe Biden is speaking publicly for the first time since several women started telling their stories about how his behavior made them feel uncomfortable.
Biden hit right back, saying, "I see that you are on the job and presidential, as always".
Later, during the same speech before the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Biden invited a group of children onstage, shaking their hands and putting his arm around one boy.
