Ariana Grande Steals Most Followed Woman Title On Instagram From Selena Gomez

Ariana Grande is having a great month and broke another record Monday, this one previously owned by Selena Gomez for most followed woman on Instagram.

Grande's new title comes after she's apparently gained more than 13 million new followers in the last four months, according to Billboard. Now, the "7 Rings" singer has claimed another prize: most followed woman on Instagram. As of Tuesday morning, Grande, 25, had 148,391,669 followers compared to Gomez's 146,303,811. 33-year-old soccer star, Cristiano Ronaldo has taken the top spot on the social media platform with 144 320 746 Instagram followers.

Grande posts multiple times a day via Instagram proper and its stories feature, sharing behind-the-scenes looks at her music videos, photos of her pets, and selfies.
