Michelle Obama Reveals Her Last Thought On Leaving The White House: 'Bye, Felicia!'

Michelle Obama scrunched her face at the camera when mentioning the Tiffany's box that Melania Trump kindly handed her. The pair are waving, smiles plastered across their faces.

Fallon showed the former first lady a photograph of the Obamas as they were boarding a plane at Andrews Air Force Base in 2017 following the inauguration of President Donald Trump.

"Bye Felicia!" Michelle asserted, prompting laughter from Fallon and the audience.

"Obama's remark - a phrase borrowed from Ice Cube's 1995 film 'Friday" that is used to smugly dismiss a person or situation - came during an interview with NBC's Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" late Tuesday.

Back on the very first night of her "Becoming" book tour last month, Michelle Obama revealed what was going through her head when she and husband Barack Obama were boarding what had been Air Force One until noon on January 20, 2017. "Is that what was going through your mind?" he asked. Fallon asked after he was able to somewhat regain his composure. "Even the best marriages require work", she added.

"I am because, Jimmy, everywhere I go I get to see young people and we owe young people that optimism, that hope, because what's the alternative?"

Michelle also seemed to mock the gift exchange between herself and first lady Melania Trump, who gave Michelle a large blue gift box from the famous jewelry store Tiffany's.
