(Jerry Holt /Star Tribune via AP) A group of volunteers searched the ditches along highway 8 near the home where 13-year-old Jayme Closs lived with her parents James, and Denise in Barron, Wisconsin on October 18, 2018.
According to a post on the Sheriff's department Facebook page, the search will take place at 2 PM beginning at the intersection of Highway 8 and 16th Street.
Jayme Closs, the 13-year-old girl who has been missing since her parents were found shot to death in their home early Monday near Barron is now listed on the FBI's top kidnapping and missing persons page.
Jayme was last seen at a family gathering on Sunday afternoon. It's believed Jayme was inside the house when the call was made.
Evidence suggests Jayme was home at the time of their murders - but she is not considered a suspect.

The FBI expanded the search nationwide on Thursday, describing Closs as "endangered". "Jayme wrote down on one of her assignments in response to the question, 'What would you do if you were given a million dollars?' She said, 'Feed the hungry and give the rest to the poor, '" Tremblay said.
Denise Closs' husband, James Closs, had answered the door.
Closs has green eyes and blonde or strawberry blonde hair. "We are also hopeful for the safe return of their daughter, Jayme, and are keeping her and the Closs family in our thoughts".
