Harvey Weinstein Accuser Releases Video of Creepy Business Meeting Before Alleged Rape

New Video Shows Harvey Weinstein Inappropriately Touching Rape Accuser

New footage has emerged of Harvey Weinstein behaving inappropriately with a woman during a business meeting before it is alleged he went on to rape her.

"That's nice. Let's keep it up".

More than 75 women have accused Weinstein, who was one of the most powerful men in Hollywood, of wrongdoing as allegations detailed in Pulitzer Prize-winning stories last October in The New York Times and The New Yorker magazine swelled into the #MeToo movement.

In an interview with Sky News, Thompson said Weinstein's behavior was distracting and she struggled to stay "on script" with the product pitch.

Thompson told Sky News Weinstein was "playing a cat-and-mouse game from the very beginning to see how far he could push me, and what my reactions might be so that he could gauge how he would play with (me), where my levers were, what were my vulnerabilities".

Weinstein is heard in the video saying he wants to meet her later for drinks at a nearby hotel lobby.

Thompson says that when she arrived at the hotel, Weinstein instructed her to "follow me", and she did so thinking they were going to a conference room.

In the video, he also says: "Let me have a little part of you". She told Sky News she was expecting that this would be a follow-up meeting to close the deal. He asks, "Am I allowed to flirt with you?" to which Thompson responds, "Umm, we'll see, a little bit".

"A little high, a little high, that's a little high, that's a little high", Thompson replies. "That's a little high".

He continues, "It (the video) was produced by Ms. Thompson to bolster her position in a civil lawsuit seeking money".

"(I was) trying to manage the situation", she said.

The footage, which has never been broadcast before, shows him hugging, touching and making sexually suggestive comments to 28-year-old Melissa Thompson.

The video aired Wednesday by Sky News was recorded by Melissa Thompson when she met Weinstein at his office in 2011. Instead, Thompson said, he raped her.

Throughout the meeting, Thompson is clearly trying to stick to her pitch even as Weinstein is running his hands on her arms.

Weinstein, who wasn't even supposed to be at the meeting, denies that any non-consensual act took place. His attorney Benjamin Brafman told Sky News that when viewed in its entirety, the video shows there is nothing forceful in Weinstein's actions.

"This is a further attempt to publicly disgrace Mr Weinstein for financial gain, and we will not stand for it".

Thompson is one of more than 70 women, primarily from young actresses and women employed in the film industry, who has accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, including harassment and rape.

Out on $1 million bail after having plead not guilty to the first round of indictment and having surrendered his passport earlier this summer, Weinstein is set to be back in Justice Burke's Manhattan courtroom on September 20.
