Manhattan's district attorney announced the charges in an updated indictment Monday.

Part of the statement read, "the filing of a superseding indictment containing additional charges against HARVEY WEINSTEIN, 66".

The disgraced Hollywood mogul was previously indicted in May on charges related to two women: first- and third-degree rape charges, and first-degree criminal sexual act, respectively, for alleged forcible sex acts against women in 2013 and 2004.

The District Attorney went on to call on "survivors" of Weinstein's "predatory abuse" to share their stories. These charges are the most severe of those he's faced so far, and as Class A-II felonies they could lead to a potential sentence of 10 years to life in prison.

Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on a woman in July 2006, according to the new indictment. Weinstein's attorney, Benjamin Brafman, did not immediately return a Moneyish request for comment on the latest charges.

Weinstein was already facing three sex crime charges, concerning allegations involving two women, and carrying a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison.
