Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini is out of a contract this summer and it looks like Arsenal could be his next destination, as fans on both sides react.

French publication Foot 365 has claimed that Arsenal are due to meet with the player's representatives this week over a potential move to the Emirates.

Toure's criticism of Guardiola comes after Cameroon global Samuel Eto'o said in 2014 that the coach disrespected him during his final season (2008-09) with Barcelona.

Having already completed a deal to sign Stephan Lichtsteiner on a free, the pursuit of Fellaini is a reflection of the lack of funds available to Emery this summer. While United want to sign him to a new contract―manager Jose Mourinho is a fan of the Belgian―the former Everton man has made a decision to keep his options open as he wants to be a regular starter.

Fellaini wanted to up his £80k-a-week at United but they refused to budge and he wouldn't accept a new one-year deal, believing he has one last big contract in him. While there is nothing that Mourinho can do to stop Fellaini from joining whoever he wants to, he may finally put pressure on the board to offer the midfielder a greater incentive to stay at the club.

According to reports, Fellaini was unimpressed with the way the Old Trafford club has handled his contract extension and is ready to move on.

Fellaini, who made his name at Everton, is now away with Belgium's World Cup squad and is not expected to make any decisions over his future until he returns from Russian Federation next month. So it makes sense that they are going after free agents with Stephan Lichtsteiner also linked.
