As many as 50 horses, elephants, tribal percussionists and over 7,000 guests marked the much-hyped wedding of RJD chief Lalu Prasad's son Tej Pratap Yadav with former Bihar CM Daroga Prasad Rai's granddaughter Aishwarya Rai in Patna on Saturday.
However, deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi, who had said he will attend the ceremony and bless the couple, could not make it as he had to leave for Poland.
Mr Prasad's youngest son Tejaswi Yadav, also Leader of Opposition in state Assembly acted like a flawless host spending some moments by sitting with chief minister Mr Kumar in a jovial mood.
