France is sternly rejecting U.S. President Donald Trump's argument that if Parisians had more guns they could have stopped the deadly 2015 extremist attacks on the French capital.

In 2017, the Royal London Hospital treated 702 stabbing victims, a record for the hospital.

At least 38 people in London have lost their lives to knife crime so far this year as the city saw a spike in stabbings, according to Scotland Yard.

"Yes, that's right, they don't have guns, they have knives and instead there's blood all over the floors of this hospital".

Dr. Karim Brohi, another Royal London surgeon, said that while it is true that there is knife violence in London which must be addressed "urgently and at all levels", no potential solution involves the use of guns.

David Moyes: 'West Ham United players still positive'
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Moyes said: "We've fined him, he's apologised to the players and myself". We've got three big games to go'. "The motivation and attitude has been very good.

The professor iterated that "knife violence is a serious issue in London", but insisted that wounds inflicted from guns are "twice as lethal" as knife injuries.

"They don't have guns".

"Nobody has guns in Paris, nobody, and we all remember more than 130 people, plus tremendous numbers of people that were horribly, horribly wounded. Gunshot wounds are at least twice as lethal as knife injuries and more hard to fix", Brohi said in the statement on Saturday. "We are proud of our world-leading service and to serve the people of London". They took their time and gunned them down one by one.

There was no reference in the statement to the president's remarks on knife crime and Downing Street suggested the call may have been made before his speech on Friday night, although the White House indicated the call was on Saturday.

Caroline Shearer, from Essex who set up Only Cowards Carry after her son Jay Whiston, 17, was murdered at a Colchester house party in September 2012, said that the last thing Britain needed was to follow America's example where "nutcases" carry guns.

Costa was the star of the show, providing the tenacity and killer instinct Arsenal so desperately lacked. There's much more under the bonnet. "He wasn't fit to wear the shirt for me tonight".

The President's latest comments add fire to the verbal derision that has stoked public anger in Britain after he lambasted the government's response to terrorist attacks, criticised London Mayor Sadiq Khan and re-tweeted propaganda by a fringe far-right United Kingdom political group.

Comments by Trump have caused upset before in Britain.

Sadiq Khan has previously clashed with the U.S. president over Mr Khan's response to terrorism.

The NRA were the biggest financial backer of his presidential campaign, spending $6 million in TV ads on behalf of the Republican presidential candidate, more than the Trump campaign spent on itself.

Donald Trump told the cheering crowd: "your Second Amendment rights are under siege, but they will never, ever be under siege as long as I'm your president" - which doesn't actually make sense.

Is anyone surprised Trump dictated his own medical evaluation?
Patients have a right to a copy of their medical records but the original physical record belongs to the doctor, said Dr. Asked whether the visit was a raid carried out by Schiller, she replied, "That is not my understanding".
