Prosecutors from the L.A. County D.A. and the L.A. City Attorney have officially chose to reject actor Terry Crews' groping claims and not move forward with criminal charges against WME partner Adam Venit.
According to TMZ, both the Los Angeles County D.A. and the Los Angeles City Attorney have ultimately decided not to file charges against Venit.
The outlet adds that since Venit didn't make skin-to-skin contact with Crews or didn't restrain the burly actor, the felony charge couldn't stick. The City Attorney apparently had to reject the case due to the statute of limitations. Shortly after his nationwide testimony, Crews filed a police report and announced plans to file a civil lawsuit.

The actor took to Twitter, where he claimed Venit - whom he did not refer to by name until a later date - sexually assaulted him. The incident occurred in February 2016 and the statute for a misdemeanor is 1 year.
Although no criminal action will be brought against Venit, Crews' complaint prompted WME to place him on a one-month unpaid suspension. While Venit was suspended from WME following an internal investigation into the matter, he returned to work after 30 days.
