Baheri: Union Minister for Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi has been caught on camera while scolding and abusing an official facing corruption charges in Baheri city of Uttar Pradesh.

The incident took place on Friday after someone made a complaint against the official and accused him of indulging in "corruption" during a public meeting in Uttar Pradesh's Baheri.

However, this is not the first time Gandhi had courted controversy.

Gandhi was attending a public meeting while on her tour to inspect the PDS (public distribution system) scheme when she was apprised of the malpractice by the official. She said she will demand an inquiry against the officer and will make sure that he gets suspended.

But neither the indictment nor Mueller's office has ruled out any potential collusion in any other plot to disrupt the election . To be sure, the Russians had multiples objectives in 2016, one of which was to "sow discord" among the electorate.
