Donald Trump may meet PM Modi at Davos World Economic Forum

U.S. president Donald Trump will attend the World Economic Forum in Davos later this month, opening up a distinct possibility of a meeting with India prime minister Narendra Modi.

Last year President Xi Jinping became the first Chinese leader to address the conference, arguing for the protection of free trade at a time when the Trump administration was pledging to erect more trade barriers.

"The president welcomes opportunities to advance his America First agenda with world leaders", spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said in an email to dpa.

Volunteers will meet at Edwards Waters College on January 15 for refreshments and a rally before venturing out to their projects. According toa press release, everyone is invited to participate in serving the community, along with BRLC volunteers.
