"Google's open hostility for conservative thought is paired with invidious discrimination on the basis of race and gender".
A Google engineer who was sacked after writing a memo defending the gender gap in Silicon Valley tech jobs as a matter of biology has sued his former employer for discrimination. In September, three women who previously worked at Google filed a lawsuit against the company, claiming gender-based pay discrimination. Damore is joined in the lawsuit by another former Google engineer, David Gudeman.
"Google employees and managers strongly preferred to hear the same orthodox opinions regurgitated repeatedly, producing an ideological echo chamber, a protected, distorted bubble of groupthink", the lawsuit adds.
Injustice 2 - Introducing Enchantress!
On Tuesday she'll appear in the roster of anybody that bought the game's Ultimate Edition, Ultimate Pack, or Fighter Pack 3. The highlight of course being the special move, which in this case is Deadshot getting his ass kicked by his own soul.
Attorney Harmeet Dhillon, who is a national committeewoman for the Republican National Committee, said "dozens" of current and former Google employees have reached out to her firm after learning she is representing Damore because they've suffering similar discrimination. This controversy led to an uproar across the tech world, but also exposed the misogyny that women have to face within the industry.
The suit claims Google maintains a blacklist of conservatives media personalities not allowed on company grounds: It allegedly includes radio host Alex Jones and conservative blogger Curtis Yarvin.
The imbroglio at Google is the latest in a long string of incidents concerning gender bias and diversity in the tech enclave. Unlike government employees, who have some free speech protections, private employees in the USA have little legal recourse if companies choose to retaliate for things they say at work or at home.

"We look forward to defending against Mr. Damore's lawsuit in court", a Google spokesperson said in a statement. Last year, Labor Department regulators accused Google of underpaying female workers.
The lawsuit, which was filed on Monday and seeks class action status, also claims that Google uses "illegal hiring quotas" to employ a certain percentage of women and minorities. According to the company's most recent demographic report, 69% of its workforce and 80% of its technical staff are male.
