Two people died in a shooting at Pennsylvania State University's Beaver County campus Wednesday afternoon, according to Beaver County dispatch.

Authorities identified the shooter as 52-year-old William Kelly. Police say the estranged husband got her to go outside before shooting her in the parking lot before he then shot and killed himself.

"We're getting indications that there was domestic issues, child support issues, and we're also getting information that he had been harassing her", he said.
